The festive season is about to kick off and the number of events are bound to treble. With all the commotion, you may need a little guidance as to what’s on this winter.

British Comedy God: Russell Brand
He’s been dubbed the new British God of Comedy by The Daily Telegraph and now he’s available non stop in your living room, with the release of his debut DVD ‘Russell Brand Doing Life’.
Sex, drugs and rock’n’ roll are common associations with the comedian and we can’t wait to see his antics released 26th of November.
Air@Cargo
The first night of the month sees the 28 piece London Breakbeat Orchestra (LBO) live at Cargo, London alongside resident Air DJs.
This unique event proves orchestral instruments can be use to make much more than classical grooves providing a concert at the foreground of the underground electro-acoustic dance scene. Read more: click here
Kaiser Chiefs Tour

Imagine 50 gigs, 16 venues, 270 bands, 11 days of industry experts giving you top tips and advice and you’ve got Liverpool music week.

Gig for Grown Ups
For all those who feel alienated by super younger teens, banging their heads to tunes you like, Rage is hosting a gig for grown ups with acts such as the young knives.

Spend New Year with Hed Kandi
Hed Kandi put on a ‘Showgirls’ theme for this New Years Eve. The party will be held at club Indigo in the O2 from 10pm-5am.

Radiohead 7 CD Box Set Release
Fans of Radiohead may want to stay in this Christmas with the release of the Radiohead 7 CD box set.
For the first time all six of studio albums – Pablo Honey, The Bends, OK Computer, Kid A, Amnesiac and Hail To The Thief – plus their live album I Might Be Wrong will be released 10th of December.

King of Sarcasm, Jimmy Carr, is performing his live stand up set throughout December and well into the New Year.
