British funky soul takes another step forward with Britsol’s Boca 45 as he releases what promises to be a highly accomplished second album.

Mixing up soul, hip hop beats and Motown with a constant funky back bone to keep many a dance floor nicely ticking over, Boca 45 releases his second LP ‘Vertigo Sounds’ on Unique Records soon.

The album is musically ambitious with real instrumentation all seamlessly woven together by Boca's signature cut and paste style with each track containing elements of 60s and 70s rock, soundtracks and soul.

As the summer months draw near this album could be the soundtrack for those lazy days in the park, chilling out whilst enjoying a big fat slice of Bristol soul-funk. Thumbs up and definitely one to watch out for – he could slip under your musical radar.
